U.S.S. Sicard was one of one hundred and fifty-six Clemson Class destroyers completed for the U.S. Navy.
Service
She commissioned on 9 June, 1920 with Lieutenant James K. Davis in temporary command, to be relieved nine days later by Lieutenant Commander Grattan C. Dichman.
