U.S.S. Graham was one of one hundred and fifty-six Clemson Class destroyers completed for the U.S. Navy.
Service
Graham commissioned at the Norfolk Navy Yard on 13 March, 1920 with Lieutenant Paulus P. Powell in command.
She was involved in a collision with S.S. Panama off the New Jersey Coast on 16 December, 1921.
