H.M.S. Torch was one of sixty-seven "S" class destroyers built for the Royal Navy as the Great War was ending.

Service

Recommissioned at Malta on 13 September, 1920.[6]

Re-commissioned at Devonport with 2/5ths crew on 4 December, 1923.[7]
