Angler was part of the Chatham Flotilla in mid-1899 under command of John Michael de Robeck.[8]

In December 1905, she was in reserve at Malta.[9]

In mid-1913, she was in the Mediterranean.[10]

Captains

Dates of appointment are provided when known.

I do not understand why Hamilton and Codrington conflict on this and other appointments.
