H.M.S. E 4 was one of 57 submarines of the "E" class.

Service

At the start of the Great War, E 4 was in the Eighth Submarine Flotilla. She left 8SF around August, 1916 to join the Ninth Submarine Flotilla. At the end of 1918, she paid off.
