H.M.S. Nairana (1915)

H.M.S. Nairana was to be a steamer before her construction was interrupted by the outbreak of the war, first launched in 1915 to clear the slipway. She was requisitioned by the Royal Navy in 1917 for conversion to a seaplane carrier, entering service in August, 1917.
