Service

Rodney was commissioned at Devonport on 7 December, 1927.[7]

She was re-commissioned at Devonport on 16 April, 1930.[8]

She was re-commissioned at Devonport on 12 April, 1932 to serve with the Second Battle Squadron of the Home Fleet.[9]

Re-commissioned at Devonport on 31 August, 1934.[10]
