H.M.S. Pandora was S. S. Seti, purchased on 11 November, 1914 to serve as a depot ship in the Royal Navy. She was renamed H.M.S. Dolphin in 1924.
Note: There was also a cruiser named Pandora launched in 1900.
Service
Pandora served submarines in Harwich from the Eighth Submarine Flotilla and Ninth Submarine Flotilla from 1915 to 1918.[5]
She recommissioned on 3 January, 1921.[6]
She took the name and duties of H.M.S. Dolphin as parent ship to the submarines at Fort Blockhouse on 15 October, 1924.[7]

Brodie and Layton seem to overlap each other. I am unsure about whether Coltart was in command or if that role fell to Rear-Admiral (S) Noel Frank Laurence.
