"G", "H" and "I" Class Destroyer (1935)

Twenty-four "G", "H" and "I" Class Destroyers and three leaders, eight and one each year, were completed in 1936-8 for service in the Royal Navy. An additional six near cousins of the "H" class being completed for Brazil were acquired, as were two "I" class being completed for Turkey, bringing the composite class up to three leaders and thirty-two destroyers.
