Commander Frederick Henry Peere Williams Freeman, (1 May, 1855 – ) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Freeman was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 30 December, 1879.[1]
Freeman was promoted to the rank of Commander on 1 January, 1893.[2]
