Jump to navigationJump to searchCaptain Richard Lloyd Hamer, R.N., Retired (13 January, 1884 – 16 December, 1951) was an officer in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Hamer was appointed in command of the destroyer Kestrel on 1 April, 1913.[1]
On 13 September, 1916, Hamer was appointed in command of the destroyer Rowena.[2]
Shortly after being appointed in command of Torch, Hamer was sent ashore to hospital on 14 December, 1921.[3]
