Rear-Admiral Evelyn Claude Ogilvie Thomson, C.B., D.S.O. ( – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Thomson was appointed in command of the destroyer Lizard on 24 May, 1913.[1]

He commanded the destroyer Petard at the Battle of Jutland, where she operated as part of the Thirteenth Destroyer Flotilla.[2]

Thomson was appointed in command of the destroyer Verdun on 16 October, 1917.[3]

On 7 July, 1919, Thomson was appointed in command of the flotilla leader Valentine.[4]
