Service
Frobisher was re-commissioned on 29 September, 1924 to serve as flagship for the First Cruiser Squadron in the Mediterranean, though the flag may have flown temporarily in Delhi.[8]
Re-commissioned at Devonport on 13 February, 1928, again for service with the First Cruiser Squadron in the Mediterranean.[9]
Re-commissioned in Reserve at Portsmouth on 26 November, 1930.[10]
She completed to full complement on 1 December, 1932 for service as a Cadet Training Cruiser.[11]
