Admiral Arthur William Edward Prothero, Royal Navy, Retired (18 April, 1850 – 1 January, 1931) was an officer of the Royal Navy.
Early Life & Career
Prothero was appointed to Vivid for command of the Devonport Fleet Reserve on 11 July, 1902, and took command of the Temeraire and Fleet Reserve on 16 July.[1]
On 20 March, 1913, Prothero was advanced to the rank of Admiral on the Retired List.[2]
