Humphrey Edward Archer ( – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Archer was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 15 November, 1910.[1]

Archer was appointed in command of the destroyer Morning Star on 11 March, 1918.[2]

He was appointed in command of the destroyer Tobago on 23 July, 1920.[3]
