H.M.S. Vancouver was one of twenty-five "V" class destroyers completed for the Royal Navy in 1917-18. She was renamed H.M.S. Vimy in April, 1928.

Service

Vancouver re-commissioned on 3 December, 1918.[6]

She was re-commissioned on 3 May, 1923. By March 1925, she was with First Destroyer Flotilla in the Atlantic.[7]

She re-commissioned as H.M.S. Vimy on 4 September, 1928.[8]
