Admiral Charles Ramsay Arbuthnot, F.R.G.S., Royal Navy, Retired (5 February, 1850 – 30 September, 1913) was an officer of the Royal Navy.
Arbuthnot was promoted to Admiral on the Retired List on 18 September, 1911.[1]
