H.M.S. Latona was one of 21 Apollo class second-class cruisers completed in the early to mid 1890s.
Service
Recommissioned at Chatham on 1 June, 1908. In mid-1913, active with the Minelayer Squadron of Second Fleet.[8]
Latona paid off 23 December, 1918 at Malta.[9]
