H.M.S. E 35 was one of 57 submarines of the "E" class.

Service

On 11 May 1918, while part of the Gibraltar Submarine Flotilla, E 35 discovered Template:DE-U154 seemingly waiting to rendezvous with another U-boat at 36deg 45' N., 12deg 0' W.. She fired two torpedoes, scoring two hits that killed everyone aboard the enemy submarine.[6]

At the end of 1920, she was one of nine "E" class boats of Group "H" in reserve at Rosyth under the collective command of Lieutenant Victor C. Dorman-Smith, and tender to Dolphin.[7]
