Captain William Leckie Hamilton Browne, (9 July, 1848 – 12 December, 1900) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Browne was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 3 September, 1872.
Browne was promoted to the rank of Commander on 30 June, 1886.
Browne was promoted to the rank of Captain on 1 January, 1893.
Browne died while in command of the second class protected cruiser Severn.
