Roy Carlton Harry

Captain (retired) Roy Carlton Harry, C.B.E. (29 August, 1899 – ) served in the Royal Naval Reserve and the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Harry was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 15 February, 1922. In 1925 he qualified as a Physical and Recreational Training Officer.[1]

Harry was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 15 February, 1930.[2]

Harry was promoted to the rank of Commander on 30 June, 1936.[3]

World War II

Harry was promoted to the rank of Captain on 30 June, 1944.[4]

Harry was placed on the Retired List on 8 July, 1953.[5]
