Percy Frederic Newcombe

Commander (retired) Percy Frederic Newcombe, (8 January, 1884 – ) served in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

In 1906, Newcombe was awarded the Royal Humane Society's Bronze Medal for saving life from drowning.[1]
