The Methil Convoy Flotilla was a formation of destroyers of the Royal Navy that operated out of Methil, located near Edinburgh.
History
February 1918
The formation that will soon become known as the Methil Convoy Flotilla is listed under East Coast Forces.[1] It is notable for having a mix of modern and ancient destroyers.

The formation is bolstered by the addition of ten torpedo boats and is finally listed for the first time as the "Methil Convoy Flotilla" in the Navy List. Three of the eleven destroyes are paid off, the Tyne has replaced Leander as depot ship, and the former set, somewhat changed, of Armed Boarding Steamers are now labelled "Convoy Leaders".[2]
