Commander (emergency) Frank Noel Stagg, R.N. (25 December, 1884 – 25 October, 1956) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
The son of a wool merchant, Stagg was born in Tonbridge, Kent.
Stagg was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 30 April, 1906.
Transferred to the Emergency List on 12 May, 1912.
Stagg was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 30 April, 1914.
On 4 November, 1919, Stagg was promoted to the rank of Commander in recognition of war service, dated 11 November, 1918.
