Engineer Rear-Admiral Ernest Frank Ellis, C.B., Royal Navy (21 December, 1855 – 31 January, 1944) was an officer of the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Ellis was promoted to Engineer Rear-Admiral on 21 DEcember, 1911.[1]
On the occasion of the King's birthday Ellis was appointed an Additional Member of the Third Class, or Companion, of the Civil Division of the Most Honourable Order of the Bath (C.B.) on 3 June, 1916.[2]
