Cecil Hubert Lush

Captain (retired) Cecil Hubert Lush, C.B.E. (26 January, 1891 – 17 March, 1950) served in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Lush placed first in order of merit in the examinations upon passing out of the training cruiser Cornwall in July, 1908.[1]

Lush was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 15 August, 1912.[2]

Lush was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 15 August, 1920.[3]

Lush was promoted to the rank of Commander on 30 June, 1926.[4]

Lush was placed on the Retired List at his own request at the rank of Captain on 6 April, 1938.[5]
