Atwell Henry Lake

Captain SIR Atwell Henry Lake, C.B., O.B.E., Bart. (13 February, 1891 – 27 November, 1972) served in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

The son of Admiral Atwell Peregrine MacLeod Lake.

Lake was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 30 December, 1913.

Lake was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 30 December, 1921.

Lake was promoted to the rank of Commander on 30 June, 1927.

Lake was promoted to the rank of Captain on 31 December, 1932.

Retired 28 July 1942.
