Commander (retired) Arthur Temple Blackwood, (7 December, 1878 – 12 October, 1950) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Born in Torquay and raised by his mother.
Blackwood was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on
Blackwood was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 30 June, 1909.
Blackwood was placed on the Retired List at his own request on 30 June, 1912.
Post-War
Blackwood was promoted to the rank of Commander (retired) on 7 December, 1918.
