Rear-Admiral William Carnegie Codrington Forsyth, Royal Navy (11 December, 1849 – 3 September, 1906) was an officer of the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
On 7 August he was specially promoted to the rank of Commander, dated 11 July.[1]
Forsyth was promoted to the rank of Captain on 31 December, 1889.[2]
