Captain Ralph Heathcote, D.S.O. (1 March, 1901 – 1990) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Heathcote was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 15 December, 1922.[1]
He was awarded the Ogilvy Medal for the year 1928 for placing first in examinations to qualify as Lieutenant (T).[2]
Heathcote was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 15 December, 1930.[3]
Heathcote was promoted to the rank of Commander on 31 December, 1936.[4]
Heathcote was promoted to the rank of Captain on 30 June, 1943.[5]
Retired 8 July, 1952.[6]
