Commander (retired) Lionel Vavasseur Lloyd, (15 December, 1893 – ) served in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Lloyd passed out of Royal Naval College, Dartmouth in April, 1910 ranked 24th of 77 cadets in marks on the Part I examination.[1]
