Captain THE HONOURABLE Hugh Tyrwhitt, C.V.O., C.S.I., Royal Navy (14 July, 1856 – 26 October, 1907) was an officer in the Royal Navy.
Early Life & Career
Tywhitt was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant with seniority of 4 February, 1881.[1]
On 19 March, 1900, Tyrwhitt was appointed to the battleship Renown as Flag Captain to Sir John A. Fisher, Commander-in-Chief on the Mediterranean Station.[2]
