Lieutenant-Commander R.N.R. (retired) Horace Leslie Vicary (6 April, 1889 – ) was an officer in the Royal Naval Reserve.

Life & Career

Vicary was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant R.N.R. on 1 October, 1915.

Vicary was appointed in command of the destroyer Locust on 30 March, 1918.[1]

Retired 4 August, 1922.

Vicary was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander R.N.R. (retired) on 1 October, 1923.
