H.M.S. Victorious was a British battleship of the Majestic class, launched in 1895 and sold for scrap in 1922. She was the third warship of the Royal Navy to bear the name.

Victorious was inspected by the Controller of the Navy, Vice-Admiral Sir John A. Fisher, on 6 October, 1896.[2]

Victorious commissioned at Chatham on 8 June, 1897, Captain Edmund S. Poë in command.[3]

As of 1901, she was slated to receive a "1 to 52" W/T set.[4]
