Commander (retired) George Vincent Hegan, (1 March, 1853 – ) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Hegan was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 20 December, 1877.
Hegan was placed on the Retired List pon account of age at the rank of Commander on 1 March, 1898.
