Vice-Admiral Frank Larken, K.C.B., C.M.G. (1875–1953) was an officer in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

He was promoted to the rank of Commodore, 2nd class on 31 December, 1913.

He was appointed command of the second class protected cruiser Doris at the outbreak of war on 1 August, 1914.[1]

In June, 1918, as a Commodore, he relieved Hubert Lynes as Senior Naval Officer, Dunkirk to support the Dover Patrol's operations.[2]

After the war, he was appointed command of Valiant.
