Commander (retired) Charles Vaughan Powel, R.N. (30 August, 1894 – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Powel was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 15 May, 1916.
Powel was appointed in command of the submarine H 49 on 12 August, 1919.[1]
Powel was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 15 May, 1924. He was placed on the Retired List at his own request on 1 October 1925.
Powel was promoted to the rank of Commander (retired) on 30 August, 1934.
