Captain Cecil James Crocker, D.S.O., R.N., Retired (5 April, 1881 – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy.

Crocker was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 1 September, 1902.^[1]

Crocker was appointed in command of the seaplane carrier Pegasus on 30 December, 1918.^[2]
