Arthur Douglas Barrow ( – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Barrow was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 1 April, 1900.[1]

Barrow was appointed in command of the monitor Terror on 31 January, 1919.[2]
