Arthur Brandreth Scott Dutton

Vice-Admiral THE HONOURABLE Arthur Brandreth Scott Dutton, C.B., C.M.G., Royal Navy (11 September, 1876 – 29 October, 1932) was an officer of the Royal Navy.

While a Commander, Dutton was appointed in command of the Acheron class destroyer Beaver in the First Destroyer Flotilla on 17 March, 1913.[1]

In April 1916, Dutton assumed command of the scout cruiser Bellona.[2]

Dutton was appointed in command of light cruiser Champion in November, 1917,[3] becoming Captain (D) of Thirteenth Destroyer Flotilla.[Inference]

He was appointed captain of Marlborough in February 1925, remaining with her through at least the end of the year.[4]
