Commander Owen Tudor Hood Phillips, R.N. (4 October, 1883 – 18 October, 1935) was an officer in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Phillips was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 30 September, 1905.

Phillips was appointed in command of the destroyer Waveney on 16 October, 1912.[1]

Phillips was appointed in command of the destroyer Desperate on 27 May, 1913.[2]

Phillips was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 30 September, 1913.

Phillips was promoted to the rank of Commander on 30 June, 1919.
