Captain (retired) Hector Lloyd Watts-Jones (27 August, 1872 – 20 December, 1933) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Watts-Jones was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 27 August, 1892.[1]
In 1904, he was thanked for his zeal in inventing a "change of range instrument."[2]
Watts-Jones was promoted to the rank of Commander on 31 December, 1904.[3]
In June 1914 he passed exams in the Russian language.[4]

Watts-Jones was promoted to the rank of Captain on 22 April, 1920.[5]
