Life & Career
Williams was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant R.N.R. on 16 January, 1906.[1]
Williams was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander R.N.R. on 16 January, 1914.[2]
Williams was promoted to the rank of Commander R.N.R. in recognition of his wartime service dated 11 November, 1918.[3]
Reverted to the Retired List on 24 June, 1919.
