Basil Stratford Noake

Lieutenant-Commander Basil Stratford Noake, R.N. (7 August, 1874 – 6 October, 1917) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Born in Woolwich, the son of Lieutenant Colonel Noake of the Royal Artillery.
Noake was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 22 June, 1897.
Noake was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 22 June, 1905.
Noake was killed when his command, H.M.S. Begonia, AKA Q.10 was sunk.
