Arthur Yerbury Moggridge

Admiral Arthur Yerbury Moggridge, Royal Navy, Retired (20 September, 1858 – 13 November, 1946) was an officer of the Royal Navy.
Moggridge succeeded Rear-Admiral Arthur H. Limpus, C.B. in command of the Portsmouth Division of the Home Fleet on 17 November, 1911.[1]
Moggridge was advanced to the rank of Admiral on the Retired List on 1 September, 1918.[2]
