Life & Career
Palmer was appointed in command of the destroyer Bonetta on 3 November, 1912.[1]
He was in command of the destroyer Defender at the Battle of Jutland, operating with the First Destroyer Flotilla.[2]
On 23 November, 1917, Palmer was appointed in command of the destroyer Violent.[3]
