Lieutenant-Commander R.N.R. Roland Thomas Anthony Ormsby, R.D., R.N.R. (6 October, 1886 – ) served in the Royal Naval Reserve.
Life & Career
Ormsby was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant R.N.R. on 2 August, 1915.[1]
Ormsby was appointed in command of the first-class torpedo boat T.B. 027 on 14 July, 1917.[2]
He was demobilised on 22 February 1919.[3]
Ormsby was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander R.N.R. on 2 August, 1923.[4]
He was placed on the Retired List on account of age on 6 October, 1931. He was removed from the list on account of a non-report on 4 October 1937.[5]
