Captain (retired) Robert Arthur Startin, (7 February, 1894 – ) served in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Startin was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 28 March, 1916.

Startin was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 28 March, 1924.

Startin was promoted to the rank of Commander on 31 December, 1929.

Startin was promoted to the rank of Captain (retired) on 7 February, 1944.
