Engineer Rear-Admiral Arthur William Turner, C.B., Royal Navy (29 August, 1859 – 30 October, 1928) was an Engineering Officer in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Turner was appointed an Ordinary Member of the Third Class, or Companion, in the Civil Division of the Most Honourable Order of the Bath (C.B.) on 1 January, 1913.[1]
