Vice-Admiral Walter John Challoner Lake (20 August, 1878 – ) was an officer of the Royal Navy during the First World War.

Life & Career

Lake was promoted to the rank of Captain on 31 December, 1917.

Post-War

On 19 January, 1919, Lake was appointed in command of the light cruiser Concord.[1]

He was appointed in command of the battlecruiser Tiger in July, 1927.
